∫ Loco Loco
Saturdaynight is party-night at Diana's & Lukasz's - place. I'm inviting you all to join us. Just because Diana & Lucasz are such crazy and nice people. Still digging the Lucasz-style of drinking a bottle of whisky on the streets. After a couple of hours we went to a friend of them who was having a party in the center of Warsaw. Very small place, many people. I like it! The atmosphere was so right. Met some new faces and had some fun with the djembe. Thumbs up, let's do this again. Time fast forward.

∫ Nowy Swiat
We needed a break after the last few chaotic days. Because of all the nice stories we've been hearing about the street, we went to Nowy Swiat. The first place we dropped by was a bit crowded so after one professionally shaken cocktail, we headed off to Osir. Really cosy place! Lovin' it. Nice drinks, nice people. We had the pleasure meeting Natalia and Ela. Thanks for showing us around and believing our cat / Cuban / submarine - stories, ha!

Have a look! Enjoy.

∫ Spring
We had a blasting week-end celebrating the birthday of Asia! Stolnaaa. We got to know each other better. Monday, the 21st of March, it's Spring. There was a breakfast at 9:30am at the company. They do it every two weeks. We did not believe our eyes when we saw the table filled with goodieness & food. Afterwards, 180heartbeats has the tradition to make a realsize doll and throw it (or even burn it) away in the river. It means saying goodbye to winter and welcome the Spring.

∫ Crazy Polish
We found a real good phrase to catch up with the ladies in Poland! "Ladny kombinezon!". It means "Nice ski-suit!". Anna is already able to say "I'm losing oil" in dutch. Ik verlies olie. How nice! Now back to work. Dzien dobry!

∫ Projects
We're already on some exciting projects. 180heartbeats lit our fuses and we're ready to rock the rockets out of Space. Jarne is responsible for the designer—stuff while Yordi is given more flash development work. At the moment, Jarne and Yordi are working on a very nice project for 180heartbeats. It's gonna be on facebook real soon. Stay tuned, ladies! And gentlemen.

∫ Katarzyna
Today we met Kasia, a friend of Yordi. She took us in a hurry to a vegetarian restaurant with lots of nice food. Afterwards, we wandered upon the streets of Warsaw and went to the very top of the Palace of Culture. You could admire whole Warsaw in it's beauty. In the evening, we drank a cup of coffee outside near an old train station. Kasia knows a lot of nice places in Warsaw, that's for sure. Thanks for the amazing ride on foot. See you soon!

∫ Wodka
We had some wodka mixed with board games in the company of Michal and his friends! Searching for (real) gold in tunnels can be quite interesting if you know how! After the second bottle, Polish songs followed with nice sing-alongs! Naz Drovjne. Thanks Michal, for inviting us.

∫ Casino
At 180heartbeats, thursday is officially party-time-day! The company just won the "Golden Eagle" advertisement award, perfect timing! We had some drinks and really nice walky-talks before we went straight to the Casino.

There's a trick if you want to win Roulette. "Don't look at the board"

∫ Irish Pub
We discovered an Irish Pub very close to our flat. It was kinda under the ground, underground. Take a couple of stairs downwards & finally you step into some kind of narrow tunnel.

At the left you had the bar. And at the end of the tunnel (sounds exciting, doesn't it!?), you could walk into other tunnels who were all connected. Highly recommended!

∫ 180heartbeats
Beautiful weather for waking up. 8am30. Took a refreshing shower and went off to the bookstore once more. Bought ourselves some PLAY sim-cards to communicate in Poland. We were going to visit the guys of 180heartbeats.

Really excited about it. We got lost somehow and rang Anna which went looking for us on the street, wearing a striped sweater (can you believe that? a striped sweater. unbelievable!). We were welcomed at 180heartbeats with warm hearts & a lot of handshaking. It feels almost like home. Very friendly, creative, open-minded and a weird-looking bunch of people. This is going to be fun fun fun for the next few months.

∫ Warsaw
When we got to our place where we will stay for three months, we dropped our baggage and left the place to have a sneak-peek at Warsaw. Lovely! Already bought a magazine in polish. Not that easy but we'll manage..eventually.

Anna said goodbye to us at one of the bookstores so Jarne and I sailed away to the Palace of Culture, looking for a supermarket. Packed with three full bags of groceries, we walked all the way home, which was - to be honest - one hell of a long walk. Cooked ourselves a nice meal of pasta, spiced with tabasco and dry onions. Went to bed quite early cause our eyes could barely hold it together. 9pm. Sleep tight, night night.

∫ Flying
We woke up at 2:30am to drive by car to Brussels Airport. Our flight was scheduled at 6:30am and it went quite smoothly. Taking off and landing within a margin of two hours is quite fluent. It felt really good, taking off.

It has been a while since our last flight. All exciting stuff. When we arrived, we met the lovely Anna & Jacek.
